I am currently Global Product Head for performance measurement and risk at HSBC Securities Services. I joined them in 1998 to create this capability, and prior to that spent 18 years in various roles at WM Company, eventually ending up as Director with overall responsibility for their non-UK performance business. I am a regular conference speaker and have been involved in the development of performance measurement standards through my participation in the UKIPC and the GIPS Verification/Practitioner sub-committee.
I am a firm believer in getting the right work/life balance and in my spare time I like to travel, scuba dive, ride motorcycles and support Heart of Midlothian Football Club.
