In addition we are conducting research in Neuro-fiduciary as a way to provide the industry a better understanding of the neurological profile of a fiduciary.

An effective fiduciary needs to possess greater capacity for self-complexity; moral and ethical decision-making; and situational awareness. The DOL Rule and debates surrounding Robo-advisor fail to account for these neurological capacities.

Behavioral Governance

Behavioral Governance is a new body of research that examines the interrelationships between leadership, stewardship, and governance. Behavioral Governance can be used to define professional standards for fiduciaries, directors, officers, and senior staff.
