Leila is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kompass Consultancy. She is a dynamic strategic human development professional, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a qualified Executive, Career, Life and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) and NLP Master Business Practitioner.

Leila has an MA in Human Resource Management (Thames Valley University, UK), a BA (Hons.) English Language Teaching (Es Senia University, Algeria), is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), a graduate of the Co-Active Leader programme (ICF), an NLP Master Business Practitioner (NLP Society), an Organisation Relationship Systems qualified Coach (ICF), a Chartered MCIPD (UK), a Mental Toughness accredited Coach and Licence User (MTQ48) and a Results Coaching Certified Team Coach (ICF).
